Tented Escort Cards

Tented Escort Cards

Traditional tented escort cards are perfect for all types of wedding receptions, formal & informal. Table assignments can be written on the front of the card or inside the card, along the bottom edge.

For place cards & escort cards, I always recommend using first & last names only (no titles). The names are easier to balance on the cards, and I think the cards are more pleasing to the eye. Excluding titles is not considered less formal, and it’s easier for guests to find their names without the addition of titles.

My “Mixed Script” uses my calligraphy style for the names and my block script style for the address portion:

“Fancy Script” is my most popular writing style. Pretty but not stuffy, and easy to read! Perfect for formal and informal invitations alike…a country club wedding or a backyard BBQ rehearsal dinner. (Affordable too, y’all.)

Handwritten Wedding Reception Tags

Handwritten Wedding Reception Tags

I think handwritten tags make a lovely addition to any wedding reception. Handwritten tags add a personal touch, and guests will feel special. Escort card tags, place card tags, thankyou tags…the sky’s the limit! Tie escort tags onto favors…miniature champagne bottles or a small box of artisan macarons perhaps.

On small escort tags, write the table assignment on the back of the tag :)
